Rental Conditions:
Each group reserving a specified seasonal time shall appoint a captain to remit the entire seasonal court fee for all members of the group. The captain shall remit a deposit of $500.00 with the application for each reservation. The deposit is not refundable. Previous year’s court assignment will be held until March 5th, pending receipt of deposit. After this date, reservations will be accepted in order of receipt.
All court fees and pro on court fees shall be due and payable in full prior to September 12th, 2012. Late payments will be charged at 1 1/2 % per month. On Thanksgiving Thursday, November 22nd, the club will be closed. The club will be closed for seasonal play on Monday, December 24th through Monday, December 31st 2012.
Players and guests use WTC facilities at their own risk. All playing time lost due to unscheduled court closing will be made up at the end of the season. Court time not paid in full by October 1st, 2012 may be resold.
