Rental Conditions:
Each group reserving a specified seasonal time shall appoint a captain to remit the entire seasonal court fee for all members of the group. The captain shall remit a deposit of $500.00 for each reservation by 4/1/2025. The deposit is non-refundable. After this date, reservations will be accepted in order of receipt.
All court fees and pro on court fees shall be due and payable in full prior to the first day of play. Late payments will be charged at 1.5% per month. Wednesday November 26 through Friday November 28, the club will be closed. The club will be closed for seasonal play from December 21 through January 3. The club will reopen on January 4.
Players and guests use WTC facilities at their own risk. All playing time lost due to unscheduled court closing will be made up at the end of the season. Court time not paid in full by October 10, 2025, may be resold.
